PACKAGES

We offer a number of wedding planning packages to suit your style and budget.

Full wedding planning - This is the perfect package if you work full time and need someone to take the reins and bring the vision to life from concept to execution.

Day of coordinator - Let us liaise with your vendors approximately 6 weeks out from the wedding. We’ll create the runsheet and manage all the logistics and timing for the big day so you can sit back, relax and pop the bubbles!

On the day set up - if you have organised all of the logistics and just need someone to put it in place on the morning of, we’ll make sure your signage, ceremony chairs, lounging etc is in the exact place you envisioned it. That way, you don’t have to ask family or friends to do it and they can also soak up the wedding morning magic.

How do I start planning a wedding?

The very first thing you need to establish is budget. Once you know your budget, we can work backwards and make sure that all of your wedding elements stay well and truly within it. It’s easy to get carried away! The next thing to consider would be a date, ideal location and guest numbers and we can help the rest fall into place.

What percentage do wedding planners charge?

The short answer is, we don’t take a percentage. We charge a flat fee for packages. Packages are usually based on a certain amount of hours which will be outlined in your quote.

What does a wedding planner do?

Most couples spend between 200 and 300 hours planning a wedding. It can be a lengthy process! When you hire us as your wedding planner, you save time as we do the groundwork for you. We bounce ideas around and then collaborate with the best vendors in the business to bring your vision to life. We then coordinate your whole day so you can sit back and know everything will run smoothly.

How do I book a wedding planner?

To secure the contract, we require a 50% booking deposit. The final 50% payment is required within 30 days of the event date.

How much does a wedding planner cost?

It all depends on how involved you want us to be. We have packages that cater for very busy people who need us to manage their whole journey or you may want to do most of the legwork yourself and get us to set up and pack down the day. Absolutely yes! We are there from the crack of dawn to liaise with vendors, set up your dream day and manage anything that unexpectantly pops up. You can take in every magical part of your day knowing that we have it all under control.
